Workshops on surface ocean pCO2 observations, synthesis and data products

New SOCAT Quality Control Cookbook available for version 7
A new version of the SOCAT Quality Control Cookbook is available through the SOCAT Help page, under the Quality Control header. The new version applies for SOCAT version 7, and is an update to the cookbook for version 1 and 3.
